Buying your gift cards through Etz Hayim earns your synagogue significant dollars.  As a non-profit, Etz Hayim can buy the gift cards at a discount (from 2% to 25%) while selling them to you for face value.  WOW!

Go to: http://www.etzhayim.org/orderform.pdf for your order form.  It's very easy!  Fill out the form and get it to Laurie via one of the following:

1)      Mail to Laurie Medrek, 16 Partridge Lane, Londonderry, NH  03053 with your check or credit card information; or

2)    Drop it off with Lauren Maloof or Sandy Sandy at Hebrew School on Tues or Wed eves; or

3)    Scan and email your order to medrek9352@aol.com; or

4)    Pay through Paypal (payment should be sent to payments@etzhayim.org).

Payment must be received prior to fulfilling the order.

Orders will be processed Sun 11/29/09, 12/6/09 and 12/13/09.  Turnaround time is generally 3-4 days.
