Wine Tasting Donations Etc
Dear Etz Hayim Member,
As you know, on Saturday evening, May 5, 2018, at 7:30, Etz Hayim Synagogue is hosting its annual wine tasting and silent auction event. This year, the theme will focus on our synagogue’s 25th anniversary! We hope to see you there for this special occasion. There are many ways you can help to make this event a great success - attend this fun event, donate a bottle of wine for the wine pull, solicit or donate auction items, place a greeting in our Program Book and/or just offer to volunteer for the event.
- To attend Wine Tasting and Silent Auction, you may write a check or make your payment through Paypal on our Wine Tasting Page. See flyer below for details. Any questions, contact Jay Madnick at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- This year, we are including a wine pull. We will have a table with a variety of wines. Attendees will purchase a ticket to choose a mystery bottle which could range from Boone’s Farm to a bottle of Dom Perignon. To donate a bottle, please contact Lisa Rothenberg at email@example.com.
- For the silent auction, ask your local retailers for auction items or gift cards, make a gift basket, donate a re-gift, offer your own personal services, etc. See the official donation letter below on our letterhead with our 501(c)(3) designation. List your item on http://www.signupgenius.com/go/70a0c4cafae2ca31-silent. Any questions, contact Laurie Medrek at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Place a greeting in our Program Book in honor of our 25th anniversary, or ask your local retailer to place an ad. The book will include a history of Etz Hayim, a list of our auction items and include greetings and ads from our vendors, friends, and members. It will be a wonderful, commemorative keepsake. See the enclosed Order Form. Any questions, contact Bob Messier at email@example.com.
