CHESHVAN CHESHBON TORAH STUDY

October 12, 2026 through November 9, 2026

A Note from Rabbi Lisë

Beginning with Rosh Chodesh Cheshvan, the first day of the Hebrew month of Cheshvan, I am offering a twice weekly noontime Torah study.

Cheshvan is only month of the Hebrew calendar with no holidays.

Traditionally, the Torah is read every Monday and Thursday, as well as on Shabbat and Rosh Chodesh. This month I am offering a Cheshvan Cheshbon, which means a Cheshvan Accounting, a twice weekly time to reflect during this quiet post-holiday month.

Every Monday and Thursday for four weeks (October 12, 2026 through November 9), 2026 join me at 12pm noon for 10 minutes of Torah as we take a look at the reading for that day. Use the zoom link below, which is also posted on our online calendar.

Chodesh tov, wishing you a good month,

Rabbi Lisë Stern
