We Stand With Israel

ETZ HAYIM SYNAGOGUE AND FRIENDS STAND WITH ISRAEL

October 18, 2023 - an interfaith expression of solidarity with the people of Israel

At Etz Hayim after Friday night service on October 27, 2023, standing left to right Stephen Soreff, Katherine Prudhomme-O’Brien (holding the letter), David Love, John Potucek, and Rabbi Peter Levy. Seated is Erica Layon.

Representative Katherine Prudhomme-O’Brien read the letter: “The New Hampshire House of Representatives adamantly rejects anti-Semitism, hate and terrorism. These acts of violence and senseless killings taking place in Israel are beyond the horrors of any nightmare imagined, and we want to make absolutely clear that Israel defend itself and protect the innocent from the horrible destruction and violence brought on by Hamas.  Today, on behalf of my colleagues from Derry, I affirm our support for Israel and our Jewish community.  I pray that humanity wins and that we can all live in peace with one another.  In support, Derry Delegation, Rockingham District 13 New Hampshire, House of Representatives.”
